2009 Jaja White Wine

2009 Jaja White Wine

The 2009 JaJa White Wine is a blend of 67% Roussanne, 28% Chardonnay, and 5% Marsanne, all grown in Washington’s Yakima Valley. This fresh, exciting white shows bold aromatics of mandarin orange, graham cracker, apple blossoms and star fruit. While in the mouth, rich flavors of pear, honey and pineapple are followed by a touch of minerality and moderate acidity. This is a delicious wine for sipping in the afternoon, and would be wonderful with shellfish of any kind, especially cracked crab or scallops.
